Telavang in IEC 2005

 

Telavang, as the only Iranian company from the private section and an active member of International Egg Commission (IEC) , participated in  IEC annual conference this year as the representative of Iranian poultry industry like the past five years with new findings.

This conference was up from 18 to 23rd of September, 2005 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Regarding this matter that the main goal of this commission is trying to increase egg sales and consumption in the world, important issues were discussed this year in speeches, different seminars, marketing and sales, science, research and egg processing technology within professional commit and also reports of countries representatives and member companies. These subjects were as follows:

International marketing committee report of marketing development and role of egg retailers in responding the needs and new methods of advertising for giving informing consumers.

Eggs in a healthy diet, result of new researchers in the field of adjusting nutritional habits and demand levels.

Presenting the EPI of international producers of egg machinery and increasing the egg products.

International cooperations for products exchange and achievements in global trade of eggs and its products.

Telavang, as the representative of Iranian poultry industry, which has been a member of commission since 2000 and has the honor of being rewarded the Crystal Egg Award as the best member company in 2002, had a particular and remarkable role in two speeches at the highest levels of the conference and its international committees of marketing and presented a comprehensive report from the functions of poultry industry in Iran and its capabilities and recent technology evolutions to the commission of which the heads are as follows:

  • The conditions of egg industry in Iran and its capabilities for exports to international markets  

  • Machinery preparation and providing new technology of liquid eggs and new egg products

  • Creating of competitive conditions in the aspects of quality, the advantages of eggs produced in Iran, observation of packaging standards, labeling, branding and the final price

  • Role of information technology in poultry industry and making telavang information section as the gateway to Iran's poultry industry that is unique inside and outside Iran. 

  • Methodology and of communication means including publications, multimedia and the internet to increase the eggs consumption in Iran.

  • Rendering CD of Iran's poultry information during the conference and to spread the information and communication technology (ICT) in poultry industry among IEC family.

This year, Telavang poultry information institute as the embassador of Iran representative had this honor to present its own best presentation in presence of experts and high members of International Egg Commission and could achieve another honor for Iran's poultry industry.
